Well-maintained rooms with a good price-performance ratio. Quiet area and still central location.

The communication was more than poor. I received a smoobu link immediately after booking via booking.com and tried to contact the host this way (under the Messages section) in order to check in after midnight. Unfortunately, despite contacting me twice, I never received an answer. Check-in was also more than difficult. If there hadn't been a lady in the reception in the neighboring building, I probably wouldn't have been able to check in. These two points mentioned are in great need of improvement; otherwise everything is ok.
